It too k me three months to talk to someone in claims and she basically told me I would only get $100 back of the $300 I spent! How can the keep my money like that? So I told her since I can’t get my full refund back can I get what I purchased she said it’s too late because a claim has already been open for me to get $100 back and she then hung up in face! My next step is to file a small court claim against this company because they are not trying to give my money back or my items that I paid for. My package was damaged in transit so I constantly called to see if I could get my full refund back or my items that I ordered. When I was able to get someone on the phone they would say their claims department would have to handle my order. I made a purchase over $300 on November 24,2020 and still haven’t received my items or money. I have called several times about my order and was able to get someone maybe 10 times out of the 50 calls I made to them.
